Directions
To put AIRFORCE Festival as the destination in your GPS, use the following address: Oldenzaalsestraat 1042, Enschede, The Netherlands.
Turn your navigation system off once you see the yellow AIRFORCE Festival traffic signs. A number of roads are closed off for AIRFORCE Festival and the yellow signs will point you in the quickest direction to the festival site.
The police takes strong action against illegal parking. Avoid a fine by carefully following the instructions.
From Germany (Gronau, Glanerbrug, Ahaus)
- Follow Gronausestraat and Euregioweg to Klein Boekelerveldweg;
- Turn left to the Klein Boekelerveldweg;
- Follow Noord Esmarkerrondweg to Oldenzaalsestraat (N733)
- From here, follow the signs to the car park or AIRFORCE Festival.
From Enschede
- Follow Oosterstraat;
- Turn left to Laaressingel;
- Turn right to Schouwinkstraat;
- Eventually, turn right to Oldenzaalsestraatweg (N733);
- From here, follow the signs to the car park or AIRFORCE Festival.
The map below shows the Oldenzaalsestraat 1042. FROM here you have to follow the signs to the car park of AIRFORCE Festival.
Kiss & Ride
Will you be dropped off and/or picked up? Make use of the “Kiss & Ride” location. This is clearly signposted and is easily accessible for visitors as well as drivers.
The parking and stopping restrictions are strictly managed by the police.
Parking Tickets
Don’t fancy long waiting times while parking? Then order your parking ticket in advance. You will then have a faster throughput and you will receive last-minute traffic information by e-mail.
On location it is also possible to buy parking tickets: €15,- for parking on Saturday and €20,- for the whole weekend (campsite visitors).
Private Touringcar
Organizing your own bus trip to the event? Please contact us and provide us with the following information: bus company, number persons, number of coaches, expected arrival time, buss parking yes / no.
You will receive all the required information to get to, and possibly park at, AIRFORCE Festival. Within 3 days before the event all information will be sent by e-mail.
Shuttle Bus
From Enschede train station, the first shuttle bus leaves for the festival site at 11.00. They then go back and forth during the entire event.
Price
Avoid waiting times at the shuttle buses and buy your shuttle bus ticket in advance online. At the shuttle bus stop the tickets cost € 10,-.
This ticket = a return ticket. Unfortunately, one-way tickets are not possible.
Return journey
For your return journey, keep in mind that you may have a short wait at the shuttle bus stop. Don’t forget to factor in the time it will take to pick up your belongings from the lockers and to walk to the bus stop. The last bus leaves the festival site at 00:30. Take note of the last scheduled train and bus times.

Taxi
If you come to AIRFORCE Festival by taxi, make sure the driver follows the ‘Taxi’ signs to the taxi stand, which is within walking distance of the festival site. When you leave the festival site, there are taxis at the special rank.
Train
Shuttle buses are laid on from Enschede NS train station. The first shuttle bus leaves for the event site at 11.00. The departure point of the shuttle buses is clearly marked at the NS station.
Check the departure time of the last train here and keep this in mind.
