1 - General Information
We collect all found items during and after AIRFORCE Festival. Everything that is not collected on the day itself is handed over to the municipality. All items will be placed on the “Lost or Found” website approximately 2 business days after the event. You can also make a report there yourself if you have lost something: see their FAQ for more information.

AIRFORCE Festival is a world-shattering harder styles gathering at one of the most superior locations! This revolutionary concept will mark base on the colossal Military Airbase Twenthe at Enschede, which will be transformed into AIRFORCE Festival!
AIRFORCE Festival takes place on Saturday the 3th of August 2019, from 12:00 (noon) until 00:00 (midnight).
Smoking is not allowed in all indoor areas at AIRFORCE Festival. As organisation we will receive high fines if we break this rule, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Thanks in advance! Please note: we do not sell cigarettes during the event, they will only be available at BASECAMP.
The minimum age of AIRFORCE Festival is 18 years. This means that you have to be 18 years on the day of the festival, with no exceptions. Please always bring your ID.
AIRFORCE Festival opens the gates of the military airbase at 12:00 (noon) and will end at 00:00 (midnight).
Bringing medication and/or own food is not allowed, unless you can prove the necessity for it. Medication must be in the original packaging with consumer medicine information leaflet.
There are E-lockers at the entrance, where you can easily and safely store your belongings. Dimensions are: 30 cm by 24 cm and 40 cm deep. The costs are: €8.
You could already purchase it online (€7,50 + €0,75 fee)! Your code will be sent to you at least 2 days before the event – please also check your spam-box. (it is no longer possible to purchase it online)
With military bunkers, shelters and firestations, AIRFORCE Festival has several area’s covered. Years ago it rained bombs and bullets, so water droplets will not be any problem for these locations! Because all area’s adjoin the military taxi-track of the airport, they all have a paved surface. For the real diehards we have ponchos too!
This will be done about a week before AIRFORCE Festival.
Of course, eating and drinking is an important element of the festival. It is not permitted to bring your own food or drinks to the site.
No probs. You can visit the First Aid on the festivalsite. You do not need to notify this 🙂
2 - Tickets & Tokens
This is possible until Friday 2 August, 12:00 (noon). Changes can be made via this link.
Have you bought a ticket from someone who was already personalized? Or would you like to take someone else to AIRFORCE Festival? No problem, there are two different options for solving this.
1) Sell your tickets via Ticketswap. AIRFORCE Festival has a collaboration with this platform! SecureSwap means that the tickets sold are exchanged for a new ticket that is directly in the name of the new owner. The old ticket, which is still in the seller’s possession, is therefore automatically invalid. This makes it 100% safe to sell and buy your tickets through this platform. Click here to swap! 2) You can change your ticket details quickly and easily via the special Name Change Module from Paylogic. Keep in mind that € 3 per ticket will be charged for the change.
Yes, you can! In the ticketshop you can get the Camping | Upgrade ticket. You’ll receive a wristband with access to the campsite and the pre- and afterparties.
You need to add personal information to order purchased tickets in order to receive the tickets. How does this work? Read the intelligence below!
1) After purchasing your tickets you will receive a confirmation email from Paylogic. In here you will find a link to the page to add your personal information for each ticket recipient. Click on continue after completion!
2) Check carefully whether the data has been entered correctly and click on confirm. The personalization of your ticket(s) has been completed.
3) You will receive an e-mail with the personalized tickets.
NB: lost confirmation email or the email with your tickets? Request it again via this Paylogic site!
Avoid waiting times at the shuttle buses and buy your shuttle bus ticket in advance online (€10,75 incl. fee). At the shuttle bus stop (at the NS Enschede Central trainstation) a ticket costs € 10,-.

Yes, it is possible to scan tickets from a mobile phone. However please take into account that the internet connection is not always stable, so we advise you to download your ticket beforehand on your mobile. Also make sure your screen is set to maximum brightness.
Your ticket can be scanned on print and mobile phone. If you choose for print, make sure it’s in A4-format. It’s not neccessary to print in color. Do you want to scan your ticket from your phone? Make sure your screen is set to maximum brightness.
At AIRFORCE Festival you pay with tokens that you can use all weekend. You can purchase the tokens online or at the event site with your debit card / credit card (Mastercard / VISA / Maestro) or in cash. We have taken all possible precautions to ensure that the PIN option is always available but nevertheless, we always advise you to carry some cash.
After arrival you can collect your tokens at the pre-sale cash registers via your printed ticket or via the ticket on your mobile.

3 - Parking & Transport

4 - Hotel & Camping
Since this year you can visit our campsite, Basecamp!
Isn’t camping your thing? Are you looking for something more luxurious, but you still want to stay close to the festival? Make use of the multiple hotels nearby Enschede. Be sure to book the right nights before making your reservation! Hotel packages including or excluding entrance ticket are available at airforcefestival.nl/hotels. [update: sold out]

5 - House Rules
No, that is not allowed.
Promotion is prohibited in and around the site of AIRFORCE Festival. This will be strictly enforced. Any fines or cleaning costs will be claimed to the relevant persons or organizations. Be warned!
For all organizations involved with an ad in our magazine is a fence for a banner reserved. For advertising opportunities please contact us.
Due to security reasons it is not allowed to carry liquids at the festival grounds (hence no deodorant, deodorant rollers, hairspray etc.).
It is possible to enter AIRFORCE Festival until 22:00 with a valid ticket.
Feel free! Make something great and don’t forget to send us the results!
A selfiestick is allowed, take a nice picture with your smartphone or make a nice movie and share it with us! As long as you don’t bother people with the selfiestick.
